The ‘Monthly Maintenance Program’ is an assortment of 28 meals and 28 snacks, so that you can incorporate one of each into your day, each day.  If you have a big weekend coming up, perhaps move your weekend meals into days during the week.  However you choose to set up your eating habits, the Monthly Maintenance Program is the perfect way to keep your ultimate weight and wellness goal in mind.

Each of our meals contain approximately 250 calories, 20g of protein and 15g of carbs.
